Refund policy

    Currently We only ship to Canada and the United States.                                                               

ONLINE RETURNS

Canadian and United States online purchases may be returned by mail for a full refund to the original method of payment (less shipping costs) within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and/or with the original tags attached.

Please note as well that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Sauvage Cosmetics.   Sauvage Cosmetics reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.

Sales are final on all SauvageCosmetics makeup + brushes, gift cards and sale/ promotional items.

All shipping and duty charges are non-refundable. Any shipping or duty costs are at your expense for any items returned by mail.

 RETURN IN THE MAIL

1. To return your order in the mail, please send an email to contact-SauvageCosmetics.com with order number & reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping your return to us.
2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm either the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. If approved, your return will be processed and your refund will processed back to the original method of payment.
4. Please ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible; and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included. All items must be in their original packaging and have original tags attached (if applicable).

.You May Not Receive A Refund If...

If you return an item that is damaged, without authorization, without original tags attached and/or not in its original packaging, or if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the issuance of your return authorization number, your return will not be processed.

 OUT OF STOCK ITEM SauvageCosmetics always aims to keep our website up-to-date, unfortunately, sometimes due to high demand an item may be out of stock or unavailable. In the event this should happen our team will contact you via e-mail to confirm if you would like the order shipped incomplete and update you on the requested product arrival time. If not, our team is happy to help you find a replacement product. You may also sign-up on an individual product page to be notified when the product is back-in-stock.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at Support@Sauvagecosmetics.com and we will resolve the issue for you.
